“A Day to Remember: Barnet Young People Enjoy First Taste of Live Rugby”
Live Unlimited, a charity supporting children in care and care leavers in Barnet, recently took a group of young people to the Saracens Rugby Showdown at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The visit provided many with their first experience of attending a major sporting event.
The impact was significant:
- 70% of the young people had never attended an event like this before.
- 100% agreed or strongly agreed that the experience made them happy.
- Everyone reported feeling more confident about trying a new activity.
